Last updated: June 4, 2026

Service scope

MedCo.ai connects verified healthcare professionals and medical enterprises for collaborations such as consulting, clinical validation, market research and research projects.

The platform facilitates matching, communication, application management and certain payment flows. It does not replace a specific contract between parties where one is required.

Accounts and accuracy

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. Healthcare professionals must truthfully present their qualifications, experience, certifications and documents.

MedCo.ai may refuse, suspend or disable an account in case of misleading information, abusive behavior or breach of these terms.

Collaborations

Enterprises are responsible for their request descriptions, regulatory compliance and the relevance of selection criteria.

Users agree to respect confidentiality, applicable professional rules and any contractual or regulatory obligations connected to the mission.

Payments

Some payments are processed through third-party providers. Amounts, fees, timelines and payout conditions may depend on those providers.

MedCo.ai may hold or block a payment where validation, a dispute, compliance obligation or technical verification is required.

Liability

The platform is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors or any commercial result from a collaboration.

Each user remains responsible for their decisions, professional obligations, statements and content shared on the platform.
