MedCo.ai was founded by two physicians who spent years inside the healthcare system, treating patients, navigating broken workflows, and watching brilliant health-tech products struggle for one preventable reason: the very professionals they were designed for were never meaningfully involved.
Throughout our training and clinical work, we collaborated with medical startups, advised on product development, and tested digital tools in real clinical environments. We saw what works. More often, we saw what does not, and why.
